Renowned hardware leaker Jaykihn has shared what appears to be the preliminary power specifications for Intel’s upcoming Panther Lake-H (PTL-H) CPUs, which are expected to power the next generation of laptops and mobile devices. These new chips were previously showcased at CES 2025 and are anticipated to debut later this year.

The leaked details outline three distinct chip variants, each categorized based on performance, efficiency, and integrated Xe3 GPU cores. The Panther Lake-H series is believed to be based on Intel’s Celestial architecture, and speculation suggests these CPUs will be marketed as the Core Ultra 300H series. The preliminary power specifications give insight into the types of devices Intel is targeting.

Breakdown of Leaked Panther Lake-H Variants

1. 16-Core Variant (4+8+4 Configuration)

The first chip in the lineup features a 4+8+4 core configuration, meaning:

  • 4 Performance Cores (P-Cores)
  • 8 Efficiency Cores (E-Cores)
  • 4 GPU Cores (Xe3 Architecture)

This configuration suggests that the processor will likely be paired with a dedicated GPU in gaming laptops or high-performance ultrabooks. According to the leak, the Performance Base Power (PBP) and Maximum Turbo Power (MTP) for this variant are:

  • Baseline Mode: 25W PBP / 64W MTP

Interestingly, this model features fewer efficiency cores than its predecessor, suggesting Intel may be optimizing core balance for better power efficiency.

2. 24-Core Variant (4+8+12 Configuration)

The second variant features an expanded 4+8+12 configuration, comprising:

  • 8 Efficiency Cores
  • 12 GPU Cores

This suggests that the chip could be intended for high-end laptops or creator-focused ultrabooks that require more powerful integrated graphics. Its power specifications are:
